Insurance:

All of the counselors/therapists are out-of-network with insurance companies, but we can provide you with easy-to-submit documents for you to send to your insurance company for you to get reimbursed directly for your therapy based on your out-of-network benefits.

We work as out-of-network providers for a number of reasons. When contracted as an in-network provider, insurance companies will often set limits on the number of therapy sessions and how therapy should be done; we believe that it is better for clients to collaborate with their therapist to make these decisions. Also, many of our clients have insurance plans which have high co-pays and/or deductibles for mental health services, even for in-network providers, so we prefer to work with scholarship funding we have available to keep therapy affordable for our clients.
